My momma has a friend that lives in the Boston area and her friend sent her this progression of pictures during February. This first picture is the view from her back door
on February 2nd.
This next picture is from February 8th.
These next 2 pictures are from Valentine's Day.
This picture is from a different view on February 15th.
This is also February 15th from the back door again but a little harder to see because there is snow on the screen.
And, it was still snowing!
And this is the evening of February 15th.
You can't even see the railing any more!
Our friend said the snow is about eye level in this picture.
What?!?
I know some of my furiends live in this area but for those of us who aren't experiencing it, it is just crazy! For my mom, these pictures give a different perspective than what you see on TV. It actually makes her speechless! (Don't tell her I said this but, I didn't even know that was possible!)
These pictures just make me want to snuggle with
My Monkey Buns!

PeeEssWoo: We've seen similar shots from Angel Mango RH and Dexter's DOH on FB - just inkhredible - they are in Framingham Master Chew Sits!
Taffy I cannot in my wildest kitty dreams imagine how a dog or a person would be able to walk in that mess.
Many many years ago back when the peeps had a mighty mini Doxie we had 18" of snow in 24 hours (very unusual for NC too) Mom told me Dad shoveled a path in the front yard. Once that crazy German got out in the snow he had a ball. Mom said every so often he'd jump up she could see his black nose it looked like a periscope
Hugs madi your bfff PS yes you may join me on my red blankie
That looks like fun to us ... but our mom doesn't seem to agree. I'm pretty sure we were adopted.
Yours sincerely,
Margaret Thatcher
Sigh, our snow is gone, Taffy - bet you are happy about that! We have family in Boston and on the Cape and they are so sick of that snow. Wish they could box it up and FedEx to our yard:)
Woos - Phantom, Ciara, and Lightning
Your momma's friend has a whole lot more snow than we do, Taffy. We hope it's not creating too many problems for her. We see on the news that it is for so many!
Love ya lots♥

That is a great progression of photos. Those poor people in Boston - and they're not used to getting so much snow!
Your last line about your mom being speechless made me LOL!
We love Boston but not when it has snow!! It is very windy here today, gusts 40 mph and more so ol' Monkey Buns said he wished you were here to snuggle with him too. BTW, this post hasn't come through on the read yet!
XOXOXO

We live near Boston. That's pretty much it. And we had more snow to shovel today. Sigh.

We aren't quite as bad as Boston but very close. Our porch looks a lot like your friends.
Yikes! What will it look like a week from now?? That is just plain crazy. We are in the desert Southwest so seeing these pics is so weird! I feel cold just looking at them.
