Requests

Hi all! Yes, you read the post title correctly.
I have some requests for you.
First of all, will you please keep my grandma in your thoughts and prayers? Even though she is home from the hospital (finally) she still has a lot of healing to do. She was very sick after her surgery and her body has not been able to heal itself very well. She was unable to eat for over 2 weeks and is still very weak.

Secondly, us ladies are up for post of the month at DWB....
That's right! Our Ladies Night post is in the running for
Post of the Month.
And, we are not winning! Unbelievable, I know!

    Hi Twix,
    Your grandma will be in our daily prayers.
    We hope that her apetite will improve soon I'm sure good solid food will help her heal. When my g-pa was sick last year he was in a medically induced coma for 12 days after surgery. When he finally woke up he didn't have much appetite either. It is really hard to get one's tastbuds going again so Mom told him she'd fix anything he wanted that he had a taste for even if it was on the 'no no' list before his surgery. He ate a lot of Bojangles and KFC. Madi and Mom
