Trouble

Just wanted to do a quick post and let you know we are having trouble with our internet connection. It has been very intermittent lately and is getting worse. So, we are having trouble accessing all your blogs. Mom called the cable company tonight and was on hold for years, or so it seemed. Then, before she could ever talk to anyone, she was disconnected. I'm not sure what some of those things she said meant but I am pretty sure she was a little irritated, ticked, p.o.'d, etc. I have a feeling TWC will need some ear plugs tomorrow when she tries to call again, if you know what I mean.
We have been trying for a couple hours to get several pages to load with no luck. I'm not sure what happened so that we could get this post up quickly but I'm glad it did so you know I'm still alive. I'lll be back soon if Mom doesn't throw the computer through the window......

    You are such a considerate dachshund. We would have been very much worried about YOU and mom and dad and... really worried about your grandma. Thanks for putting us at ease.
    I know about that internet stuff. My mom finally went with Wildblue. It is soooo much better than what I used to have.
    Hope your mom gets those people taken care of. If not, she could take you there and you could pee on their floor. I find that works really well. Love to you and yours

    oh, we know about these things as we were off for many hours some moons ago.

    i agree with FrankieF that you should leave some peemail or some poomail if that helps. last resort, sit there and whine/howl "blue christmas?"

    Hi Twix!

    We know what you mean, we even use VOIP so if our internet goes out we don't even have our house phone. We had a lot of problems when we had DSL, but things got better for us when we switch to cable.

    Thankfully we use a laptop so if we have problems, we can make the long trip to someones house that has a connection to use, although its not always that easy.

    We hope they fix your problems soon, maybe you can bark at the cable guy to show him that you are unhappy with the situation.

    The internet has become an everyday essential now as far as most of us are concerned.

    That is too bad,Twix. We used to have TWC and changed a few years ago to Everest - now Surewest, but I don't think they are in Missouri. Hope things get fixed.

    If you read our blog the other day, you know we were having some of the same kind of problems and my Mom was about ready to knock the computer to the floor and stomp on it!
