Flower Friday

Welcome to another Flower Friday!
Today I picked out this beautiful Bird of Paradise just for you!
It is a long weekend here but, unfortunately, my Daddy has to work all weekend. But, Momma will be home with me! I don't think we have anything special planned for the long weekend. How about you guys? Do you do anything special on Labor Day weekend?
I hope everyone has a great Labor Day weekend and you get to spend an extra day with your parents!

    We are going to take a trip in the wheelie house, and go to a clam bake! Love the flower - my mom has seen those in Hawaii & says they are too beautiful to even believe they are real!!

    Hi Twix,

    That is one freaky looking flower! Mom tells me it is called a Bird-of-Paradise. I think we might be going to a flea market this weekend. Me and Banjo will only get to go if it isn't raining.

    Twix! What a bootiful flower! It's one of my favorites. How nice that your mommy will be home this weekend to pamper you. We are probably going to go to the park and maybe even go hiking.... but it depends on the weather. HAPPY WEEKEND!

    Our Mom really loves those types of flowers. They are very pretty. We are looking forward to a long weekend with Mom and Dad. Mom said we would be doing doggie things tomorrow and then probably going to the beach the rest of the long weekend. We hope you have a great weekend with your Mom!

    Ms Twixie! Beautiful Birds of Paradise! They always just seem so gracious to me. Almost like they should be called Ladies of Paradise. We have the grandkid boy this weekend. I'm not sure what the plans are but it will consist of going to the stret faire!
